At Kristal.AI, he held a dual role most organisations split across two or three people — simultaneously owning cloud security, compliance, and site reliability engineering.
He led the production migration from Docker Swarm to EKS, designed Disaster Recovery achieving RPO of zero, owned SOC 1 Type II certification as primary audit contact, deployed Cloudflare WAF against OWASP Top 10 threats, and built a CI/CD pipeline with zero manual gates. He also collaborated on an AI platform built on Amazon Bedrock.

Pragati brings nearly 9 years of platform engineering experience across FinTech, payments, and enterprise infrastructure. Her work spans Kubernetes migrations, Terraform-based infrastructure provisioning, centralised observability stacks, and FinOps — with a consistent track record of improving reliability while reducing cost.
She has led EKS migrations for 45+ microservices at Kristal.AI, built Terraform infrastructure at Tifin Fintech, delivered 20% cloud cost reductions, and led DevOps teams across NIUM, Zeta, and freelance engagements at FinTech clients. Her most recent engagement involved leading a production Nginx Ingress to AWS API Gateway migration end-to-end.
